    The Broil King Vertical Propane Smoker features 770 sq. in. total cooking surface/4 cu. ft. overall cooking capacity, 4 fully adjustable 5 mm stainless steel cooking grids, 1 multi-purpose roast/rib rack, Roto-Draft damper technology, Sure-Lite electronic ignition system, Accu-Temp thermometer, 16 meat hooks. Double walled construction and secondary door for easy access to the stainless steel water bowl and smoker box. Stainless steel grease catch is designed to prevent grease from dripping down the front of the smoker when removing or checking on food. Features: 770 sq. in. total cooking space; 15,000 BTU stainless steel burner output; Four cubic feet total cooking capacity; 4 adjustable stainless steel cooking grids; Adjustable multipurpose rib/roast rack.
