Logotech-4-Good Partners: Precious Dreams Foundation
Bringing Calm in Challenging Moments
In New York City, thousands of children move into foster care or shelter placements each year. The Precious Dreams Foundation works with youth in foster care and shelters, offering support during the hardest days of transition.
One of their many initiatives provides comfort bags filled with personal items that promote emotional well-being, which many kids don't have when they enter the system. For children facing uncertainty, even small items can help create a sense of calm and control.
Serving Children in Crisis
The Precious Dreams Foundation offers children entering the system access to brand-new comfort items, hygiene essentials, and sleep support. They also host various educational workshops, arrange mentorships and work opportunities, provide mental health resources, and much more! The foundation's Comfort Shop in New York City gives every child entering care access to brand-new essentials on day one. The foundation combines practical care with emotional support, helping at-risk youth build stability.
Our Partnership with the Precious Dreams Foundation
When Precious Dreams Foundation applied to the Logotech-4-Good program, they requested a comfort item their clients love: fidget spinners. These items are regularly included in comfort kits and are consistently well-received by their clients. We were proud to fulfill their request with custom-branded spinners to support their outreach across NYC!
Supporting Transition with Practical Tools
Receiving the right support early on can make a major difference for kids moving into foster care or shelters! Precious Dreams Foundation works to meet those needs with care and consistency. Through the Logotech-4-Good grant, we contributed products that serve a real purpose in their work. That's our main goal with the L4G grant program: to support nonprofits and provide resources that can help them further their goals.
If your organization could benefit from custom-branded products for outreach or direct support, please apply for the Logotech-4-Good grant!
