Our Privacy policy and what information we collect?

How do we protect visitor information?

Logotech inc., is not a software company and does not write, test or design software of any kind, and thus is not responsible for driver and software compatibility. Software provided by client or client's agents may be included in the product at the client's request, but Logotech does not assume responsibility for testing such software nor is Logotech responsible for any damages that may occur from usage of such applications.

As a courtesy we ask our customers to please provide us with any special requirements dealing with data formatting and/or compatibility prior to production. LogoTech is only responsible for loading files on to the flash drives that are directly sent from the customer.

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include Logotech . It also does not include Web site hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Web site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove, or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by simply clicking on "unsubscribe from this list” or “update subscription preferences” on the bottom of the email newsletter that you receive, or simply contact us by e-mail or phone.
